To that end, we look first at your overall business goals and vision, and then discuss with you the specific problems you are trying to solve. From there we analyze your current processes and systems and recommend appropriate technologies for your needs and for your budget.

We also believe that not every business system or process needs to be automated. In fact sometimes the best technology is pen and paper and a good filing system. The need to move to electronic systems depends on the size and complexity of the information you need to successfully run your business. For example, card catalogs worked for small town libraries for many decades, but eventually communications technology allowed libraries to link together in regional systems, vastly increasing the volume and complexity of the data; automating the card catalog added value for the patrons who had access to far more books than before, without the home library having to purchase all the items their patrons wanted.

Inherent in this vision is the understanding that as technology and the economic equations change, a given technology that is not appropriate or proven today may well be in the future.
